No wait at the counter, free upgrade when the car I had reserved wasn't available, and very easy to find the car nearby. Return was incredibly easy also. All staff I spoke to were very friendly and professional!

I had a wonderful experience with Avis! The booking process was fast and the staff were very professional and friendly, the car we got was clean and reliable. The whole process was very easy and I would very much recommend Avis to anyone and everyone.

I would not recommend this location, cars are not clean. Terms of reservations were not honored, too many places in the area to select this one.
