They got my cat in so quickly considering she had an ear infection and every other vet said it would be minimum 6 weeks before they could see her. The prices were reasonable and the vet and vet tech were wonderful and so kind to my cat Highly recommend.

Took my dog Mocha here to get her ears checked. Everyone was just so helpful and friendly, I really had such a positive experience here. They were patient and understanding that she was nervous, and didn't want to overwhelm her. Definitely going back in the future!

The staff at Banfield in Henrietta were amazing to work with. They truly love your pets and are not all about only the money. I will bring all of my fur kids to them when they are in need of being looked at.
