I definitely like to thanks to these guys for the service they did on my expedition. Had an emergency on my expedition with a break line and he was able to get me in the next day. Not even 08:00 I got a call about my truck being done. The staff was extremely polite. You guys definitely have a new customer. Thanks

Top notch service, very good communication. Worked through a problem for me and made logical sense of it all throughout the repair. I will definitely return for other work when needed.

The people over at bassets are truly genuine and helpful! Have no doubt in my mind that these are the best mechanics in all of Rochester, whenever someone is in need to a trustworthy mechanic I will always recommend the fine people over at bassets!
