Staff was very friendly, and the service area was clean and well kept. My initial issue was fixed and additional maintenance was thoroughly discussed. I did opt for the added maintenance and all was completed to my satisfaction.

Alyssa Fico was excellent!! She took care of me right away and kept me in the loop on my car. She stepped away for a few minutes but Chase helped me in the process. Thank you for having quality staff who values their customers!! Alyssa is the best 😊

I continue to be impressed with the customer service at Bob Johnson. Being a long time Dorschel customer I did not think the new owners would come close to Dorschel but I was wrong. BJ is carrying on the same tradition and their success is inevitable. Great job with my head light issue!
