There was a mix-up and they weren't able to fix our car, but they made it right and towed it to another shop for free, so I appreciated that a lot.

Car was totally dead and had no way of getting in. Young man from Griff’s came and opened the door for me and charged the battery. He was extremely patient and helpful. Brought car to dealer and found battery is not good. Thanks to Griff’s for the quick response and very professional service!
