Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Rochester, NY Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. The staff at Lowe's can be absolutely kind, helpful, enthusiastic, friendly, patient, and really helpful. Employees go out of their way to help customers find products, are patient, and write items down to assist. This makes the experience pleasant and relaxed. Prices seemed quite good, and customers report they will definitely be returning. However, one customer reported a very misleading experience with product information. The box and online description listed a vanity as 24 inches, but the actual product was 24.5 inches, which did not fit the need. The box was also covered with dust. This experience was frustrating and misleading, leading that customer to state they will never go to Lowe's for that kind of merchandise again.
Stocked with all your home improvement needs and day to day maintenance. Downside is very little if any staff help.

I believe it was from this store that I just ordered a stove for delivery and let me tell you my delivery guys were absolutely awesome, super friendly quick and very informative. Honestly, the best delivery i've ever had. Thank you again Steffan and Jimson ( i hope I spelled your names right)
