When the screw fell on the floor as he was disassembling it from the door he moved all the other doors and dug around until he found it. And he did! He was extremely patient, very professional, resourceful and very kind to not only recommend the correct hinges for my project but also helped put the wood planks together for me. He went over and above helping us!!I was later helped by Maureen at the Service desk to make truck rental arrangements. She went over and above too to stow my items overnight. “I was in the Penfield Home Depot on Friday (8/7), looking for Flooring for my Condominium. While we weren’t quite sure what we wanted or how to go about installing, we had many questions. A very nice and knowledgeable young man named Devine took care of us and did an awesome job explaining the differences and showing us the different types. We took up quite a bit of his time and he was very patient with us. I would like to thank him for the awesome service and let his superiors know what an outstanding young man he is and that he did a great job helping us out.”

“Can't say I end up here to often but man I will say, they were the only ones who had my parts recently, store is amazingly clean compared to other suppliers of this nature and the employees that work there departments don't make that quick "u-turn" as they see u walking In there directions "cough cough won't say home depots name"..... definitly will have to look into a comercial account with them for my business needs.”
