I had ordered flooring with vinyl tile and ranch trim. Because the trim wasn't in stock, the whole order was canceled. To get the tile delivered in time, I had to pay a $79 delivery fee.
After contacting Kaylee in customer service and explaining the situation, she refunded the $79 delivery fee.
This seems small, but after recent deaths in our family and needing to sell multiple houses to buy another house, we need every penny.

“We had an interaction with all 3 of the employees that were working. We were greeted immediately and shown where in the store we needed to look for our project materials. They were incredibly helpful when it came to picking each piece out, they offered a different view point, and made our selection process so simple and easy! They had all but 1 item in stock and while I cashed out, the 2 other workers helped my husband load everything into our truck.
I would highly recommend them, prices were extremely reasonable, and their selection was exactly what we needed!”

I was there today an an employee named Ryan B very patiently helped me select a tree I wanted, walk me to the cashier and kindly help me put it in the car. Although, The paint Department has one employee who is not very helpful everyone else is. As a matter of fact, I've already complained to the store Manager about this particular employee. However, everyone else is very knowledgeable and helpful including Adam and Paul.
As a matter of fact, most of the employees offer outstanding customer service.”

Instead of simply relying on the computer system, which showed that two kitchen sinks were in stock, he physically checked the inventory himself. His initiative saved me time, frustration, and potential delays with my contractor during a full kitchen renovation. That level of care and attention to detail is rare and deeply appreciated.

“purchased some granite and Corian counter tops, Margaret was able to find exactly what we wanted. She also pointed out a Granet remint that was perfect for one of our small spaces, this saved us money. They did on site measuring and the pieces fit perfectly during install. would recommend solid surfaces.”
