“Ended up purchasing my new phone here. I had to switch a phone plan from a difficult situation, and needed a new phone with the same number. After having a little trouble the day before with a different sales rep (and we were a little late so we ran out of time) Misty Rogers was able to pick the ball up and take us all the way through, and promised us we would get out of there with functioning phones day of. She sure did that and was very understanding the whole way through and we were very happy to work with her!”

3170 Chili Ave, Rochester NY 14624
“I had a great experience at the Verizon store on Chili Ave in Rochester the other day. I walked in expecting the usual long wait and confusing phone plan talk, but Nathan, the rep who helped me, completely changed that. Right away he greeted me and asked what I needed, and I explained that my phone had been acting up and I was thinking about upgrading but wasn’t sure what my options were. Nathan took the time to walk me through a few different phones and plans without making me feel pressured to buy the most expensive thing. He even showed me a couple settings on my old phone that I didn’t know about and helped transfer all my photos and contacts when I decided to upgrade. The whole process was smooth and honestly way less stressful than I expected. By the time I left, everything was set up and working perfectly, and Nathan made sure I knew how to use the new features before I walked out. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at a phone store. ?”

“Of the three Metro stores in the area I visited in a short amount of time to fix a myriad of phone issues, I found the employee at this store to be the most helpful and the best one at helping to communicate things in ways I could understand, since I'm phone dumb. He also seemed to be willing to give me honest answers for better or worse, which definitely fostered trust for me. I regret I didn't catch his name, it had been a long day.”

“I had to get new hearing aids and I wasn't able to pair them to my phone. I originally went to the Cricket store on Ridge Rd near Hudson, that guy wasn't any help at all. But the store on Norton, the man there was incredible! His name was Josh, he spent probably 1hr trying everything he knew to get it to pair and nothing worked. I really needed to get the app to work, so I decided to get a new phone. Josh set it all up, transfered everything over, then helped me to pair the hearing aids whiched worked! I was thrilled. I think Josh definitely went above and beyond in helping me. He was very polite, had patience, and a great sense of humor. He was very entertaining lol. I would give him 6 stars if I could. Thank you Josh! I am so happy that I can finally use my hearing aids with my phone! Very grateful! Cricket you have a good man there!”

“I came here on May 17th as the Total Wireless plans are cheaper than T mobile and Got the new phone of Samsung A16 for very less price. But the Man working here at Total Wireless was rude, haven't treated me nice, hegave me the phone but haven't answered for my questions and after all he left the store locked at 5pm just like he is on the rush to go somewhere other than taking the as the first priority. Later on next day May 18th, I came to the same place to resolve my issues of transferring everything from old phone to new phone. There is a girl named Pinky! She treated me nice, resolved all my concerns, gave a free screen protector as I faced the inconvenience before and she is the Best!!! If you want a good deal with cheaper price on device and plan....Go for Total Wireless!!!”

“Ty was very helpful in getting our sim cards set up on a Saturday; he was partially alone and compassionately accomodated an older woman who interrupted our service a few times in need of help. Evana, who handled the rest of our set up the next day, went ABOVE AND BEYOND. So friendly, so easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable! Google Fi was a nightmare because they lack people like Ty and Evana, who show up everyday and do their best. Thank you two, from three ROC->ALB transplants who were reminded Rochester has some great people in it.”

“Bryan is the best! He saved me hours of time and a significant amount of money today by helping me with my Mom's old iphone which I couldn't wipe clean. I had just spent hours on the phone with tech support at both Apple and at AT&T, and they couldn't help me, but Bryan knew the workaround. THANK YOU, Bryan (and someone please give him a raise and promotion!).”

“I have a gaming desktop that was causing some problems. I usually have my repairs done by lightspeed but they are no longer in stoneridge plaza so I need an alternative. I googled and this place was literally 5 minutes from home. I give it a shot. I bring my system and the owner works on it immediately. In 10 minutes it's fixed and the price was amazing! Way cheaper than my previous repair place. He has my business for life as long as he remains there.”
