She sure did that and was very understanding the whole way through and we were very happy to work with her!”

“I had a great experience at the Verizon store on Chili Ave in Rochester the other day. I walked in expecting the usual long wait and confusing phone plan talk, but Nathan, the rep who helped me, completely changed that. Right away he greeted me and asked what I needed, and I explained that my phone had been acting up and I was thinking about upgrading but wasn’t sure what my options were. Nathan took the time to walk me through a few different phones and plans without making me feel pressured to buy the most expensive thing. He even showed me a couple settings on my old phone that I didn’t know about and helped transfer all my photos and contacts when I decided to upgrade. The whole process was smooth and honestly way less stressful than I expected. By the time I left, everything was set up and working perfectly, and Nathan made sure I knew how to use the new features before I walked out. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at a phone store. ?”

“I have an LG Stylos 5 and I needed it fixed right away because people couldn't hear me when I called but I could hear them just fine. So I took it too Cellaxs at Market Place mall and the dude there hooked me up. I found out I had a faulty microphone installed in my phone when I had it repaired at a different shop regarding my charge port. Anyway, the guy at Cellaxs had my phone fixed within the hour no problem and told me exactly what the issue was and hooked me up with a screen protector for a low price. Don't know if this is for everyone but they definitely deliver on what they claim. Cheers!”

“I had to get new hearing aids and I wasn't able to pair them to my phone. I originally went to the Cricket store on Ridge Rd near Hudson, that guy wasn't any help at all. But the store on Norton, the man there was incredible! His name was Josh, he spent probably 1hr trying everything he knew to get it to pair and nothing worked. I really needed to get the app to work, so I decided to get a new phone. Josh set it all up, transfered everything over, then helped me to pair the hearing aids whiched worked! I was thrilled. I think Josh definitely went above and beyond in helping me. He was very polite, had patience, and a great sense of humor. He was very entertaining lol. I would give him 6 stars if I could. Thank you Josh! I am so happy that I can finally use my hearing aids with my phone! Very grateful! Cricket you have a good man there!”
“I came here on May 17th as the Total Wireless plans are cheaper than T mobile and Got the new phone of Samsung A16 for very less price. But the Man working here at Total Wireless was rude, haven't treated me nice, hegave me the phone but haven't answered for my questions and after all he left the store locked at 5pm just like he is on the rush to go somewhere other than taking the as the first priority. Later on next day May 18th, I came to the same place to resolve my issues of transferring everything from old phone to new phone. There is a girl named Pinky! She treated me nice, resolved all my concerns, gave a free screen protector as I faced the inconvenience before and she is the Best!!!
If you want a good deal with cheaper price on device and plan....Go for Total Wireless!!!”
