Since I didn't have an appointment, I was extremely pleased by the prompt, informative and friendly service. The price at PepBoys was $70 less than my quote from AAA, too. AAA didn't have a replacement battery in the truck or at the local warehouse. I drove to PepBoys and they saved my day.

I took my car in for new tires and they did a great job I waited for my vehicle and my appointment was honored and they only took about an hour. They were nice and helpful. I only give 4 stars being the waiting area and the bathrooms were dirty.
