“WOW. This is the most incredible place to find good sneakers. They analyze your feet to find the best shoes to correct any issues. If you have pain in your soles after standing a while, they will find sneakers to fix that. Have soreness in your arches? They will find sneakers with added support. The staff is absolutely phenomenal, assisting and building a relationship with each customer. I really cannot recommend this place enough, I will be telling everyone I know about this place!

“I had such a wonderful experience at this pro shop! I recently got into bowling and wanted to take a step up from being a casual player. I brought in my childhood bowling ball as I knew the staff would know if it still suited me.I ended up picking out a new ball. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the crew. I also felt they were patient with me and answered all my questions thoughtfully.The new ball was drilled to fit my hand PERFECTLY! Night and day change compared with my old ball. Ryan took my name and number and said he'd call when something came in. He called a few days later to say one pair came in, but as the boys wear the same size, I couldn't buy only one pair...two days later Ryan called to say another pair in the same size came in, and when we went to get them Ryan again was very helpful & was great with the boys.
I like to patronize smaller, local businesses whenever possible, and the staff here really were fantastic!”

“Had a very last minute need for a faceoff head that was already strung and ready to go. Looked online to see if the specific String King head was in fact in stock. We called and left a VM and received a call back a short while later. It was in stock and we headed to the store. My son and I were in and out of the store in short time with exactly what my son was seeking. Added bonus is the sweet dog that was literally just hanging out with the store employee/owner. Sweet dog that came to say hello and went back to the spot he was relaxing in when we came in. Great experience and customer service! Highly recommend shopping for all lax needs at Lacrosse Unlimited of Rochester!”
“Amazing experience at this location. Went in with a pair of shorts that I purchased at college and had only wore a few times when a noticed a small hole in the shorts. These shorts had some sentimental value because I just graduated and were no longer being sold (also had my college logo embroidered). The ladies at the front desk of the Pittsford location were able to come up with a viable solution that left me very pleased with my purchase. Overall, this was one of my best customer experiences with any major brand. They ensured that I was happy with the options and really took the time and care to assist.”

“As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a cashier who helped us right away with where we needed to find baseball goods. After that we helped ourselves, found everything needed and than went back to the register. That's when we were once again helped by the cashier (who's name is Jason), and omg, he was absolutely amazing. Super friendly, explained everything to us, helped us out with explaining how the credit card for the store worked, how all of the warranty policies worked for each of the items we purchased. Such a big big help, but most of all, he talked to my friends son about his sporting experience in high school and gave him encouragement to keep going and try everything out, to make sure he finds his place and to believe in himself. It made my heart full honestly. If I need anything else there, I would definitely be going back because of him. Thank you for having such an awesome employee!!! And such a clean and store.”

“I'm giving this business a 5 because they have an amazing selection of stuff (relatively speaking anyway) in a great location. Capacity is one of the only places in Rochester that I'm aware of that sells well-curated hypebeast paraphernalia in a welcoming setting. The store was full of Supreme products, collectibles, Nikes and products from various recent rap tours. They accept cards and it seemed that they will also buy stuff, making it feel like a community-minded business. I purchased a Supreme x Les Enfants Terribles t-shirt for $27 - be warned that numerous items in the store retail upwards of $100 and $200 despite being used. This is a place for the savvy consumer, not to just randomly walk in to grab something for your kid / SO / friend without doing some research. Overall, I think this business has definite room to grow, but I had a good experience there and I encourage anyone with an interest in fashion, aesthetics or culture to check it out!”
