“The service has been inconsistent and not very professional at times. I've been going to that store for over 30 years and they have been awesome to me. The last 10 years or so it's been going downhill. I have had my tires switched from summer to snow and vice versa for the part 8 years and never been charged. No switching rims, just take off a tire and put one on. Now they are charging me $10 per tire. Not breaking the bank but it's always been free and being a customer for as long as I have its ridiculous.”

“As a full-time Uber driver putting in 7-10k miles/month, I spend quite a bit of time at auto service shops. The service at this Monro location is some of the best I've ever experienced and it's now the only shop I'll go to. Rob & Ken are for sure two of the coolest, most understanding and easiest to talk to shop mangers in the business. Their team has gone above and beyond, again and again, to get me in, and back out on the road ASAP, even staying way after closing one night to finish a job for me. I needed to make a trip that afternoon and I was starting to stress internally. Jeremy graciously drove to the warehouse to pick up the tire and got me back on the road within 2 hours. So appreciative of their efforts. This was the best customer service experience! They definitely came to the rescue!”

“When I needed a reputable, trustworthy repair shop to work on my vintage cars, I knew exactly where to go because I have driven by Ferrel's Garage numerous times over the years and would repeatedly see beautiful classic cars in their parking lot, as well as hear the praises of their long time customers.
