“They are the nicest and knowledgeable staff. There's even a senior dog (behind the counter). I live 45 mins away and decided to send them a FB messenger chat asking about a specific flavor I was looking for. They got back to me asap and had limited stock of the product. I'll now go out of my way in order to give them my business.”

“Great cigars! First timer there, I walked in and was greeted by the owner. He walked with me in the humidor and picked out a cigar that he thought I'd enjoy. I had a couple of hours to kill so I sat down and lit it up. The owner sat down as well and I got to enjoy a great cigar and a great conversation with Gary. Santiago cigars are right up there with the best of them! Try the Doble: a mild to medium cigar, perfect draw and flawless construction.

“I ordered a temperature reader on Monday and it already arrived on Wednesday (I’m from Michigan) they also gave me some free stickers and the product itself was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap. The owner is super friendly and knowledgeable and really just down to earth. “I think they're the best in Rochester that I've dealt was so far. The store is awesome, you can get a wide variety. I bought a PlayStation there for example. The guys are very knowledgeable and very very helpful. Love this place!!”
