“The atmosphere at the jack rabbit club was quaint - elegant and on the cozy side. Staff did their job well and the food was excellent, hats off to the chef’s.
A few Con’s - NO Heineken beer !!
The interior definitely needs some sprucing up - molding and walls would benefit from a fresh coat of paint.
Parking is ok but not the best - i would recommend driving a compact car to the event ( parking on the side of the building ) and or plan on walking a bit from the additional parking lot down the street.
Overall this is a great place for a wedding and or a special event and would rate it a 5 star had they stocked Heineken beer at the bar.
I will say they had most of the top shelf liquor ready to pour.”

“We hosted our annual Christmas party at The Penthouse and could not have been more thrilled. From the initial meeting, through the planning process, and to the day of the event... I could not have imagined a better outcome. The food was great, the bartenders were attentive, our audio/visual requests were met, and then venue itself has to be the best in downtown. The views alone can't be beat. Heidi, John, and the rest truly created an amazing experience.”

“Great venue for events. Only complaint is that parking is a hike and I'm disabled. Have to go across a gangway across the street, down a hallway, down escalator, across a large lobby, up another escalator, across another lobby - to get to the event. No other way in.
Otherwise it's a nice venue.”

“We looked at a LOT of venues, but we absolutely fell in love with the Harro East Ballroom. It was also the most affordable of the places we got quotes from, and we’re so so glad we chose it. It was the best decision we made!The Harro East Ballroom is a gorgeous building and it photographed beautifully. There was plenty of space for our 130-person guest count, but they can definitely handle a lot more. Bridget, the coordinator we worked with, was so helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond and gave us great advice about our wedding day timeline, how to decorate the space, what other vendors to work with—everything!Also, the food was delicious! We heard so many compliments from our guests. We did a buffet and loved being able to customize our menu.I would without a doubt recommend the Harro East Ballroom to anyone getting married in the Rochester area!”
“The Wednesday open mic was very different than any other open mic I've been too. Instead of your old man jaded vibe, it was hosted by an older jaded Jewish woman! And all the comics were super young and sweet and very innocent. No dark or super depressing jokes here! Feels like it's just starting out, just getting going. It has great potential. ?”

“I can only tell you that I loved this hotel. It is a hotel with few rooms and there are only 4 floors, but very cozy. I think of the few places I can say that everything was good. The attention, cleanliness, service and breakfast were very varied even though my check out was on Monday. As an informative note, I did not know that breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays was 7:00am/10:00am and that on weekdays it was 7/9:30am. And the reason was because the day before I had not gone down to breakfast and when we went down almost at 9:30 that's when I found out that information. But anyway we had a few minutes and it gave us time to enjoy breakfast. The employees are super attentive, especially a young woman named Rosa who, even though she was not the cleaning lady, asked for towels and toilet paper and I gladly took them to the room. So if you are ever in the State of Rochester, don't think twice and go to Holiday Inn Express.?Rooms: Very comfortable and spacious.”
“I've grown up with this venue and I always liked it. There's not a bad seat in the house. The fact that it's a comparatively small space is a big benefit. Parking in traffic as well as entry and exit crowds are usually not that big a deal especially compared to the venues at big cities. There's also good food in the area. Even though it may not draw all the biggest acts the overall experience is quite positive.”

“On saturday there is only 6 dollar price for the movie ticket. I watched kung fu panda 4 in this theatre and it was nice experience. U of R RTS bus stop is there just besides the movie theatre so you can go by RTS bus also.”
“So was in town to see our son at college. Not much to do on an Easter Sunday, so hey, the bowling alley was open why not check it out. Very clean friendly staff. Nice size bar little snack stand can’t go wrong.”
“Altitude Trampoline park has many stuff you can do. There is one thing where you jump high and you don't get hit by a spinning thing. Massage area for adults to relax, trampolines are amazing, bouncy. Safety first so you need to wear altitude socks in order to get in.”

“I walked in off the street because of a sign. I ended up at a friendsgiving fighting night. A fightsgivings if you will.
I got to speak with the CEO and had a wonderful time with them. That was before I even sat down to play some games.
The process was simple to set up and I was playing on a custom built PC. It was nice to have a space to go to play games while I'm in town on travel.
Friendliest people I've met in Rochester! If I move closer, I'm getting a membership!”
