Outstanding hotel, and the rooms have so many features, they think of everything even a laundry basket! Special call-out to Mike H. the facilities manager, went above and beyond to help fix a faulty pump to get my bike tires reinflated! Breakfast and hospitality are also great.

Best hotel we’ve stayed at in quite some time. Room was very spacious and had a useful little kitchen. I loved the location which gave easy access to the Genesee River. The complimentary breakfast was also delightful and had a wide range of foods/deserts. 5/5.

Every staff person we interacted with has been upbeat, friendly and helpful. There is a strong culture of positivity here! We were surprised to be offered complimentary freshly grilled burgers on the deck overlooking the river. Breakfast was also great! We would definitely stay here again.
