“I went here 3 years ago for a subframe had to come back 3 years later for another subframe for a different vehicle they didn't have it but they shipped it in from a place down in Pennsylvania it only cost me $50 as a deposit and they kept it for a month and a half and they called me to make sure I was still going to get it and make sure I'm still able to and honestly the lady who answers the phone is wonderful and the guy even helped me put the subframe in the back of my car.”

No one stopped to help us and Walmart Auto Center wouldn't cross the parking lot to where we were stranded to lend a hand. We were in a bind and the team at Carquest Auto Parts in Watkins Glen were an answerbto our prayers! Marni was so nice when I called, and her colleague Ray immediately came to assess our battery and then replaced it right where we were stranded. “Great service! Friendly, honest, referred by a reliable, excellent mechanic at Lakeside Auto Sales. He took a $2000 car dealership repair estimate of a dent in a door down to $600. Offered to just repair the paint which would only be $250. Dent was barely a crease so we opted for just the paint. He took out the dent at no charge. If you need auto body work I highly recommend! Support local small businesses.”
