“I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I ought to know because I’ve been coming here for 37 years. The lady that was a bad clerk years ago is no longer there because her husband left her and went back to Korea by himself and then she retired. The staff now is very nice and accommodating. I’ve seen many employees even retire at this place through the years , that’s how long I’ve been coming here.I have nothing but good things to say.it’s also a safe place to get my eBay packages delivered. Too many porch pirates ( thieves) in the building I currently reside in .”

“It's the best place to apply for a passport. I arrived a day before my appointment to pick up a form, and the people there are so kind and polite. The next day, I arrived with my son to apply for his passport, and Jazmin is such a kind person. She helped me with everything and was so patient when taking my son's photo. Before being served she served an incredibly rude lady who made several rudimentary mistakes with her mail and she remained kind and patient (though if it were me I would have allowed her to make the mistakes and receive the package she was sending back at her house…)”

“I want to express my great gratitude to the lady clerk who helped us prepare passport documents yesterday! Thank you very much for your patience and cooperation. She took some extra time to explain us the steps, we went through third party “rush passport”. Clerk explained us step by step what we should do and how to do it. We wouldn’t be able to complete it without her ! She deserves a raise for sure , people like her is a very rare thing nowadays, that makes you still believe in humanity !!!! “I come to drop off packages every once in a while and have had good experiences. My packages arrive to the destination around 3 days after drop off so very standard and professional. The post office is small, but the clerks work very fast to accommodate everyone. I haven't had any issues so far. They have been lovely so far.”

“I was compelled to write a positive review due to seeing all the negative reviews on here. I have never once experienced a rude interaction with anyone that works at this location. I am always nice to them and they are always nice back. I have even shared a few laughs with them on occasion. I think people should be kinder and nicer to those who work in public facing jobs because they have to answer silly questions all the time, and explain things that can be found online over and over again. They’re probably overworked and underpaid, and they literally support an integral part of our lives.”

“I visit this USPS location quite often, and I always leave with a positive impression. Even when there is a long line, it moves pretty fast. This is a small post office, and I think if someone expects faster service, they might want to visit a larger location with more service windows.
The staff at the counters are always polite, patient, and do their best to help each customer without rushing or showing frustration. I’m honestly sad to see that some people have had a negative experience here — my personal experience has been consistently positive.
The only thing I would suggest is updating the interior and keeping the space cleaner. A fresh renovation would create a much nicer atmosphere for both customers and employees.
