“The staff at this post office are ALL truly AMAZING. They greet you with a smile and make sure every customer is totally satisfied.
An issue came up where one of the postal workers was not able to resolve an issue. The postal worker called the supervisor and problem solved.
I give them a 10 star!!!”

“I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I ought to know because I’ve been coming here for 37 years. The lady that was a bad clerk years ago is no longer there because her husband left her and went back to Korea by himself and then she retired. The staff now is very nice and accommodating. I’ve seen many employees even retire at this place through the years , that’s how long I’ve been coming here.I have nothing but good things to say.it’s also a safe place to get my eBay packages delivered. Too many porch pirates ( thieves) in the building I currently reside in .”
“I had a great experience at the United States Post Office in Woodmere. There was only one customer ahead of me, and the line moved very quickly. I needed a passport photo and walked in—even though the door states that an appointment is required, the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. They were able to take my photo on the spot and carefully verify that it met all passport photo requirements.
There was also plenty of parking available in the lot, which made the visit even easier. From the moment I walked in the door to the time I got back into my car, the entire process took less than 15 minutes. Efficient, friendly, and stress-free service.”

“Today was the first time going to this post office. I usually go to the big one off of Hillside and 164th and it's always a very unpleasant experience. I chose differently today and decided to go to this branch on Austin street. They had enough people behind the counter and my agent was a superstar. He helped me find the best price for shipping my package, helped me choose the right box and he made sure I didn't have to wait in line a second time! This is now my new post office!”
“I did my son’s passport here. I loved the privacy that was created in this location. They have a whole separate room for passports. Ladies taking the applications were knowledgeable and nice. “My family has resided on 139 th st and Linden blvd. since the early fifties. In all that time we have had many postmen/women. Of them all Gordon was the best. Unfortunately he is retiring, leaving a large hole to fill. They have sent a few people but only one stands out. His name is Jeremiah. He is warm, courteous and delivers all your mail and packages with a smile. I believe he is a younger version of our beloved Gordon. Please consider leaving him on this route. This particular post office needs all the good will it can get”
“This very nice employee Mrs Arnold LEADSSA, very sweet and caring. My appointment was at 10:30 but when I arrived at 10 she took me in and I got my stuff done easily and left by 10:30! I really appreciate you! She’s very friendly too!”

“My main location where I ship ALL my packages and letters. It sucks that they aren't open on the weekends. It is always closed from 12-1:15. Joyce is the sweetest lady ever! She is so helpful and gives assistance when needed. I have mainly been coming to this location because of her!”
“This FedEx is the best one in Brooklyn. Shirley was so helpful and patient (best customer service) and helped me pack my huge and fragile package. She even stayed later than closing time at 7pm to help me since packing my shipment was extremely complicated. Thank you so much Shirley! I really appreciated all the help and guidance in packaging bf something so large and complicated (for context, it was a 39x28x20 box full of ceramic artwork). They had “fragile” and “this side up” labels and printed my shipping label for me for cheap.”

I will definitely recommend all my friends and family this location for passport thanks to that lady she took care of my Doughter passport with out any problem. I appreciate it”
“I went mid-morning and found a placed park around the corner. Sometimes parking can be an issue but overall it's fine. I was in and out just to mail a letter”

“I come to drop off packages every once in a while and have had good experiences. My packages arrive to the destination around 3 days after drop off so very standard and professional. The post office is small, but the clerks work very fast to accommodate everyone. I haven't had any issues so far. They have been lovely so far.”

“I was compelled to write a positive review due to seeing all the negative reviews on here. I have never once experienced a rude interaction with anyone that works at this location. I am always nice to them and they are always nice back. I have even shared a few laughs with them on occasion. I think people should be kinder and nicer to those who work in public facing jobs because they have to answer silly questions all the time, and explain things that can be found online over and over again. They’re probably overworked and underpaid, and they literally support an integral part of our lives.”
