“I was waiting at the UPS store on Flatbush, which I had confirmed was supposed to be open today although it was a holiday. There was a line of folks waiting from 8:30 when it opened. I left at 8:50 when no one had yet opened up. I went to the PostalAnnex just a few minutes away on Avenue I and was pleasantly surprised. They were open, there was only one customer before me, the man working there (possibly the owner) was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The company handles UPS, FedEx and USPS and maybe DHL, and he saved me a considerable amount of money by suggesting that I send the package as a USPS envelope vs. UPS. I will definitely go there again!”

“Tracy is the best worker Dennis have. If you go to dennis in Brooklyn location , especially Tracy was so genuinely helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. She went out of her way to call other branches, checking for pickup availability in Kingston, she wanted making sure we have the right contact information and even advised us when the best time would be to call the other location in order to ask if the pick up is available. “Did you know you can have PASSPORT renewal photos taken at this UPS store? They printed for a fee the application to apply for passport book and passport card renewal. They made copies for a fee. I bought the envelope for mailing with USPS tracking my spplication, my check, my old passport book and old passport card. They finalized everything would be picked up by USPS mailman from the UPS store, so it saved me an extra trip.
Their customer service is outstanding.
And it has been outstanding every single time I went there, either to mail a package, or to return a package, every single time they are efficient, helpful, really a gem in our community.”

The post office on Fulton Ave didn’t have any envelopes for sale so they directed me to the Atlantic Ave location. Funny thing was that Google Maps actually sent me here instead of the actual post office which was a couple feet down the block and I didn’t notice until after I had already left. The two men that helped me not only gave me an envelope free of charge but also gave me a stamp for free as well because they were cash only and I only had my card. I was able to fill out my envelope that contained my tax forms & they made sure i knew to just walk over to the actual post office & mail it out. Which, I was able to right before they closed. Highkey glad I ended up here initially because I’ve never had to personally mail something this important before & we all know how the post office can be. Their calm & helpful demeanors made it very easy and way less anxiety inducing. Thank you guys, I will be back if/when I need to do this again!”
