The only drawback on this occasion was that the place wasn't too busy but the servicing took pretty long. Otherwise, typically very easy time getting servicing here. Jess is the best.”

“Lawrence was very nice and helped me out of a bad situation with the wheels on my 2001 Corvette.
I went in for a front wheel balancing and their mechanic discovered the wheels had locking lug nuts (that I was not aware of, and I did not have the lug nut key for).
He told me “no problem”, and was able to remove the locks at all four wheels and replace them with standard lug nuts.
Needless to say, I’m very happy with their work and would not hesitate to use them again for all of our family cars.”
“Came in for a rear flat tire and ended up replacing both rear tires. Definitely needed to change them but kept delaying the process. Luckily they had prices and Domingo was quick and efficient. Was in and out in 30 mins”

“This review is about 10 years overdue—so yeah, sorry Jeff!
When I moved to NYC back in 2012, every shop I went to managed to screw me over in new and creative ways—first with my Audi, then with my BMW. The final straw was when one place installed a bad transfer case on my BMW. Like, come on. That’s not even a cheap mistake.
My buddy kept telling me, “Dude, just go see Jeff at LIC Auto already.” So in 2016, I finally did. I was living in Queens at the time, and Jeff got my BMW running again fast, at a fair price, and most importantly—he didn’t make things worse. Which was a first.
Now it’s 9 years later, I live all the way out on Long Island, and I STILL make the trip to LIC Auto. I don’t trust anyone else with my cars. Jeff and his crew are honest, sharp, and they actually fix the issue the first time instead of playing guessing games on your dime.
People say a good barber is hard to find—same goes for a good mechanic. Jeff is both… but thankfully he only charges for car work.”

“Been coming here for a while now, always come to install my winter tires during the winter and all season and tires during the summer. Will definitely recommend. Never had an issue unlike other tire shops that will over torque your nuts til the point that you will have to replace the stud afterwards. Family owned and operated. They are Georgian and very honest and good people.”
“This is my first time having car serviced there, the shop is convenient for me. I casually mentioned, to the owner Abdul, I’m going on a long trip and needed an oil change and wheel alignment. And I was so happy and surprised that he heard and was mindful of my safety in servicing my vehicle. And as my vehicle was being serviced the mechanics made him aware of other things that were needful. They informed me promptly and ask if I wanted it done, and told me the price every step of the way. And I know they were not lying because I know those repairs and replacement were due.The shop is very well maintained and orderly even with most of servicing sites and parking spaces full. And the even better the pricing & labor was on the lower range of the average cost! For each replacement and service. And the best part! As I was driving, I think I heard my car purrring lol!
And all being well this is shop for my 6 mos maintenance and in betweens!

“This place is incredible. In two hours, everything I needed was fixed. I went to Star Toyota and they were going to charge me $2,600 for random stuff. My good friend recommended me this place and looked through the inspection report. Muhammad (the owner) looked at and said what is this? Told me what I actually needed (brakes and filters) and said the rest is unnecessary. It cost me less than half of what Star wanted AND was quicker. If I wanted to do the same thing over there, I would’ve been stuck at the shop for over FOUR hours. I’m definitely going to come back here. Honest people doing honest work”
“Josh Auto Repair is by far the BEST Repair shop in Brooklyn. My battery and alternator went down in front of my house and Tito (the mechanic) came to my house and attached his own booster to my dead battery to allow me to follow him back to the shop, where he did an Outstanding job on replacing my dead battery and alternator in a timely manner and got me back on the road. I have since recommended Josh Auto to All of my family and friends for any Auto repairs. Good Job Guys.. Keep Up the Good Work.”
