“The service I received at this Verizon location was exceptional. I visited this Verizon store on Sunday August 30, 2026. The service representative, D'Andre and the Senior Manager, Chiliyah Leak, had an incredible amount of experience, knowledge and patience. I was greeted with a smile throughout the time I was there. I was there for about 2 hours, however, I was upgrading to a new iphone and adding three new phones lines on three old iphones to my family plan which can be a time consuming process. They worked diligently and methodically to make sure everything was set up correctly. They also made sure I was getting the best possible package financially. It can be hard working in customer service, but it comes naturally for D'Andre and Chiliyah. I cannot thank them enough for the time and effort they took out of their day to make sure my family plan was set up and running without a hitch. Much appreciated to them and would highly recommend this Verizon location for any of your phone needs!”
“I was hesitant to buy audio equipment outside of sweetwater but I took a chance with JK Audio as they had a product sweetwater did not sell. Joe the owner is a class act.
-I didn’t have PayPal for the order- he fixed it
-I had a budget for shipping - he fixed it
- The product came with a minor defect- he fixed it.
I run a small studio and I know the music business is a challenge in every domain and every level.
Support the little guy, buy from Joe, he will do as good job or better than sweetwater.”
“This 711 locale is one of the better ones in my area. Coffee is always fresh and they have a nice fresh pastry area as well.. Everything else is just as you would expect from a 711 but the people working here are exceptionally friendly. Its a nice experience all around when i frequent this particular store”

“It’s your standard 711. They sell snacks, drinks and most things you could need in a pinch. All 6 slurpee flavors were working and ready to go, so it’s a hit in my book!”

“Jay was helping us today in our purchase of a new refrigerator. Was great help along Sean that helped us with an issue we had with our vacuum. Thank you so much. Associates like this and their customer service is what brings us back to P.C. Richard’s”
