Thanks to Raj he called the company and get the requested info so I was able to file a claim and get a replacement phone. I have been to 3 different metro stores every single store given me a brush off. I just want you to know I really appreciate you buddy and next time I need anything related with phones I will come over. I highly recommend this store to everyone.”

“Had an amazing experience today in store. After trying multiple times to upgrade my phone without having to have the new phone shipped to me, I was finally able to walk out of the store with my new phone with the help of Juan. He’s amazing at his job and helped me with way more than I even expected. I left the store feeling more than satisfied and really happy with my purchase. He even switched me over to a plan that suits me better than the one I had at the moment. Just wanted to shine a light on him being an outstanding mobile expert.

“It's a funny contradiction. The staff seems rather thin given the size of the store, but at the same time you don't have anyone annoying you to make a sale. They pleasantly greet you but aren't overbearing. There is still something to be said about handling a product then and there and not waiting for it to arrive in a box hoping it meets your expectations. I had a pleasant shopping experience in my recent visits here.”
