“WOW! The review(er)s weren't lying! This UPS Store is amazing! It's not just like day vs night compared to the UPS Store (176-25 Union Tpke) across St. John's university... it's more like Heaven vs Hell. This UPS Store was clean, neat, inviting, front & back entrances, very polite and patient workers ... with a 24 hour front section for office/copy work, mail boxes, an Amazon locker pick-up, and a parking lot in the rear. Very happy with my first visit ... had to drop off my Spectrum hardware and didn't even have to ask for a receipt! (the 176-25 union Tpke UPS Store apparently doesn't believe in receipts ... wonder why they apparently lose a lot of packages... hmm)This UPS Store in Oakland Gardens is definitely worth the extra travel time and there's public transit access only feet away if you don't have a car.”

He took unbelievable care with each item making sure nothing fragile would break. “my neighborhood ups store runs like clockwork. Even at holiday time they know what they are doing and the lines move like a bullet train. Everyone is friendly and helpful and tries to work with your price range. They have a notary too. Very efficient very quick and done well. If you stink with technology as I do they will walk you through it . They are patient And also do old picture restoration.The Garden City Park store on Jericho is the best one in the area. They are all good but GCP is like a well oiled machine.”

“I have nothing but great things to say about the service I’ve recieved here I shipped two computers to Florida. I’ve never really shipped anything or anything this valuable for that matter. They were very nice courteous explained how everything works. I also asked them to pack The computers up for me. I’d say the only thing was the package was delayed for a few days but that’s not their fault it Happens. I received the box in Florida and man did they go above and beyond To make sure that My computers were packed safe bubble wrap, foam, packing paper, screen protectors the whole 9 yards! “This review is long overdue, but still needed to share my experience. I needed a few items printed (last min on my part) for my baby shower. I reached out to UPS to find out if they would be able to help me in the bind I was in. If I remember correctly I reached out on Thursday evening and the shower was on Saturday. Ayanna answered the phone and was SUPER helpful! She provided me with all the information I would need and no time while speaking with her over the phone and/or in person did our conversation feel rushed. She took the time to explain the process and what to expect. She even stayed late to cut and package the prints for them to be collected the next day. Most importantly was that she communicated with me every step of the way!While I wouldn’t recommend waiting until the last minute, it was comforting to know that this store was able to help. Thanks Ayanna! Now don’t just go looking for her, I’m sure you’ll receive the same care from the other team members as well! ?”

“Guys- I have gone in twice to this location and both times I interacted with Angel. The kid is superb, professional and goes out of his way to help. Most of the UPS locations have a hard shut down at 6:30 or 7PM. Angel was nice enough to help me with 7 different packages even though I was there until like 7:20z. He is amazing and truly an ASSET TO THIS STORE. Anyone is tired of UPS stores, definitely give this store a try and talk to Angel. Amazing CUSTOMER SERVICE!”
