“I can’t say enough good things, they were very professional and friendly. I took my 2026 CRV in for a dent in the fender, Steve got the dent out without having to do any painting, you would never know there was a dent and had my vehicle undercoated while it was there. Great Job !!”

“I had an outstanding experience with Dave and his team at Rome Collision. When I discovered damage to the hood of my car, Dave responded immediately, assessed the situation, and got my vehicle into the shop without delay. The repair was completed in just three days, and when I got my car back, it looked brand new. The prompt response, professionalism, and high-quality workmanship truly impressed me. I highly recommend Rome Collision to anyone in need of body repairs. Their new shop in Lee Center, conveniently located near my home, will soon be offering body repair services as well making it even easier for residents there to benefit from their excellent service.”
“I can't think , or believe, there is a business, that is more, honorable..you may possibly, be frustrated, with the cost.. But.. no one works for free.. I am Very happy !”

“Hit a deer a little bit ago. This place was amazing with their communication throughout the whole process!! They provided a loaner when my car was going to be longer than my insurance would pay out for a rental, and they returned it with a fresh interior cleaning! Gail was amazing, patient and very communicative throughout the whole process. Genuinely cannot understate how happy i am with Carstar!!”
“great place to have work done they've been an established business for over 50 years and the food at the restaurant is fabulous so you can get your car fixed and get something to eat all at the same time”

“I didn’t end up getting work done just yet on replacing a deep chip in my passenger side door (due to financial reasons). However, Daniel added touch up paint to my vehicle for me to prevent rust which eased my mind so much! He explained his quote to fix the chip so thoroughly and I can tell he has great attention to detail which I appreciate. Will for sure be coming back when I decide to have the work done!!”
