“I didn’t end up getting work done just yet on replacing a deep chip in my passenger side door (due to financial reasons). However, Daniel added touch up paint to my vehicle for me to prevent rust which eased my mind so much! He explained his quote to fix the chip so thoroughly and I can tell he has great attention to detail which I appreciate. Will for sure be coming back when I decide to have the work done!!”
“Richie HAS always fit me into his busy schedule. They as a team at Bill Herrig's have worked on my cars in a timely manner. They get the job done! Very personable and reliable. I'd recommend them highly to anyone. Thankful to do my business with them!!”
“James was very much helpful.i will be recommending people to go straight to him.if there was more then a ten he would be absolutely above it.i will tell you i went to a lot of dealers that made you feel worthless.not James I will definitely be coming back in the future”
“Excellent jobs to repair my damaged 2024 Equinox. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great craftsmanship. Very please with the complete process. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate them a 10 plus.”
“How fortunate my family is that we found this business to undercoat our vehicles! Their product for corrosion-free rustproofing is exceptional, and fairly priced (we shopped around!). What's more, we didn't have to wait weeks to get in. The shop is clean, the workers are knowledgeable and friendly. Finding them was great, and now I also have a go-to if I ever have collision repair needs, too. I hear they're great at that!”

“I had an outstanding experience with Dave and his team at Rome Collision. When I discovered damage to the hood of my car, Dave responded immediately, assessed the situation, and got my vehicle into the shop without delay. The repair was completed in just three days, and when I got my car back, it looked brand new. The prompt response, professionalism, and high-quality workmanship truly impressed me. I highly recommend Rome Collision to anyone in need of body repairs. Their new shop in Lee Center, conveniently located near my home, will soon be offering body repair services as well making it even easier for residents there to benefit from their excellent service.”
“After the tornado Brian had to paint , wet sand and buff a ton of scratches for me. He made my Gladiator look better than the day it was new. I couldn’t be happier. Excellent communication also.”

“I found assistant manager Tim, to be very knowledgeable and patient with my battery issue. I’m having better luck stopping here, rather trying to get help from the service writers at the authorized auto dealerships. Tim called my attention to other issues too. I’ll be back.”

“Me and my dad had to walk here to get brakes and Christy was are cash year and she was really nice and helped us out. She's nice would recommend going here”
“The employees are always so friendly and helpful. Every time I go into the store they are so happy help me with my questions and needs. I always go to advance auto because I feel like they care. Great job to the store”
“This was my first time coming here. I normally go to their competitors right up the road but I was referred to here by a friend. One thing I absolutely loved about this place is they have an online inventory so you don’t need to call in and it has the color of the vehicle and in some cases it says what kind of damage it has (front end etc). This really helps someone like me who lives 2 hours away in Albany who needs to make sure before I make the drive out there. They had what I needed and at a reasonable price. I also like that they had big 4 wheeled carts for you if you got a bunch of stuff. Staff was friendly. I guess my only complaint is that the cars sit directly on the ground. I know you can request they put them up on a rack but it makes taking off some simple things in the wheel well difficult when they are on the ground but that’s not too big of a deal. Other than that it’s a clean yard with a great selection of parts. Definitely adding this to my list of pull it places and it will be the first option if I need to go to a pull it yard from now on!”
“This is the best auto parts store in Rome. Better prices than the box stores, and they have the experience to help you find the right part for your vehicle. Been doing business with Wendy for the 10 years I have lived in Rome and have never been disappointed.”
“I had 4 Wal-Mart branded Douglas Touring tires put on my Volkswagen Jetta. The wait was a little longer than I expected. But the service and price was the best in town. I would recommend and will be back.”
