I went to discuss a problem with my new zfold 7 and to decide if I wanted to upgrade my Spectrum cable. Cody was very friendly and helpful. He also knows his job very well. I've always received very good customer service.

Somebody had hacked my account and stolen our phone lines. Chad helped us get our phones lines back and secure our account. I don't know what I would have done if he wasn't there. He was super helpful and very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about how to help us with our phones. He is an asset to Spectrum's team!
