“Innovative is great! My car was hit when I wasn't in it and scratched/dented the whole right side. I don't know how insurance works lucky to never have to deal with this before but Junior and Bud made it effortless. They drove me to pick up my rental initially and when i picked up my repaired car i left the rental their and they handled it. Once i gave them a claim number they handled all insurance stuff which was a relief. A super nice added bonus was they returned my car back to me detailed inside and out! Very nice added touch. Tremendous customer service all the way around. Highly recommended.”

“A Mechanic Helped a Visiting Brother Out
I had great experience with this mechanic that was able to help me on very short notice. I’m a former Long Islander visiting for 2 days to attend a funeral.
On my 7 hour drive here late Thursday night my temperature gauge started going up which it never did before. Friday morning I checked Google maps for local mechanics that were open early.
I took a shot and drove over to Ronk Service Center in Ronkonkoma, and explained my problem. They told me they were down one person and already had a busy morning but they would try to help me out, hoping it was something simple. I believed them and chose to leave my car with them. He called me at 8:30 and said I needed a new radiator which would take about 4-5 hours.
The mechanic and I touched base a few times between my family obligations and ultimately they were able to replace the radiator and I was able to pick up my car before they closed at 4:00.

Came here, showed them the brake line, and got a correct length replacement for $3.69. Cheap good quality parts. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They will get my repeat business.”
