They followed up quickly and answered all of my needs. Once I got the bindings I realized one of the screws was missing. They contacted Solomon for me and got a replacement sent. “I walked into the Carle Place, NY location and was greeted by Josh Kaplan. He was very kind, friendly and listened to what I was looking for. I explained to him the type of sofa I was looking for, and he immediately knew what would fit my space and what I needed. Eventually I ended up deciding on a sectional from the ModMax collection. This was truly perfect for my situation as I live in an apartment and needed small pieces to fit through my door. Josh was super friendly, kind, and helpful throughout the process. I am what you would call a pain in the butt client. I am very particular, somewhat of a DIY'er, ask a ton of questions and really take pride in learning do something myself. All of which make me a nightmare to build something for as a contractor.
