“I bought a set of Limoges china from a neighbor and wanted to purchase bowls and coffee mugs to replace the old fashioned handle and saucer ones (which I'd resold:) Phil, the owner,took the reins of my order and through his many years of building contacts w vendors, he called me immediately back w a quote and the time frame needed to have my items custom made from the Limoges/Havilland factory in France. I placed the order on Sept 2021 and was told it would ship in Feb 2022. Sure enough, Phil called me this week and my mugs and bowls arrived in immaculate condition to my apt in NYC all the way from France. A big WOW, you just can't get excellent service like that from many places anymore. I am so happy that I chose Imperial China. Top notch.”

“The Roslyn Serena & Lily store in Roslyn is so enjoyable to walk through and the sales assistance are wonderful! I had a great expereince with Shawn who assisted me with my driftwood coffee table, carpet and bar cart! The White Glove service men couldn't have been nicer and moved my furniture back to the carpet they delivered. One slight snag, after the delivery men left, I noticed my coffee table had a slight damage at it's base. Pam from the Roslyn location could not have been nicer and super professional. She immediately responded and took care of the issue... they are swapping the tables out in a few weeks. I can't wait to come back!”

“We absolutely love our dining set!This was our first purchase from Arhaus and it was a fabulous experience.The process started in-store where we saw a lot products. We were free to browse all the selections. Cynthia helped with giving us our quotes on two different sets.We ultimately came back and made a decision the same day. They disclosed that there was a wait time and that we were getting two separate deliveries. Everything came as promised and on time. The delivery process was very smooth. We got a call when our items arrived to the hub and an email to schedule a date and time for the home delivery. The products are beautiful and very comfortable. Couldn’t be any happier.”
