“Had a great experience at Adirondack Tire! Mike, the manager, was awesome — he took the time to sit and chat with me and my pup, even offering my puppy a treat. They were running a little behind schedule due to staff shortages, but Mike was super apologetic and made sure we were comfortable while we waited. “I always get great service at Mangino dealerships. I dropped of my vehicle for transmission and coolant flush on a 2010 Avalanche with 260K miles on her that I intend to keep forever. So on a service that is risky I only trusted you guys to do it.
Last Summer my BF who usually goes to another Chevy dealer need AC repair on his Equinox and they told him it would take weeks to get it in during the heat wave we had. Mangino went above and beyond was able to get him in next day in Amsterdam which was great for us as we were going to Syracuse for football camp. “I have brought my car to Lussier’s on several occasions- collision repairs, scheduled maintenance, and impromptu service issues. I have also received these services at various local dealerships. I can say wholeheartedly that Lussier’s far exceeds others’ level of customer service and quality of workmanship. They are incredibly thorough, attentive to detail, and genuinely want to help you/make you happy. I have been in a pinch with needing an oil change, headlight change, or inspection, and, despite them being busy and the short notice, they have been able to squeeze me in. “Great people. My fiancé was sick so I couldn’t drop the car off as scheduled. I called them at 8:30 and my appointment was at 9am. The woman who answers the phones was very polite. She understood and quickly suggested sending someone to pick it up and drop it off for me while I worked. Rocco came to pick up the vehicle right at 9:10. He was informative and explained the whole process. I had my jeep back before I was done with work. Rocco, the woman and that specific location went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much ! ?”
