“I want to take a moment to share my experience with the amazing staff and management team at Delta Sonic in Penfield, NY.
On Monday, I accidentally lost my wallet at the store. I didn’t even realize it was missing until two days later.....by then, I was going crazy trying to figure out where I had last used it. Eventually, I remembered I had tipped the kind gentleman who cleaned the inside of my car, so I called Delta Sonic to check.To my relief, the management team told me they had found a wallet that matched my description. When I went in to see it, it turned out to be mine with nothing missing. In fact, there was even a bit more cash in it than I remembered having!
I can’t express how much this experience meant to me. I had been going through a tough time personally and had started to lose faith in humanity. But what the staff at Delta Sonic and that honest person did completely restored my faith. Their integrity, honesty, and genuine care really touched my heart.
A huge thank you to the entire Delta Sonic team and the good Samaritan who brought my wallet in. Your kindness made a lasting impact.... it’s something I’ll never forget.

“Being a driver I spent the weekend here. It's well lit at night, quite, concrete parking fuel, def and a cat scale, all the stuff a truck driver needs inside, plus a separate conv. store and Dunkin Donuts,, and a sub sandwich shop that's off the chain awesome. They have canoli, and pasta salads, the place is clean and all the employees are super nice. Nice place.”
“Gas price even better with a B.J.’s Capital One Card! This place is always busy but worth the wait! The lines move along. It’s conveniently located. There’s 2 ways to enter the gas station which is nice. One thing I’d like to see improvement on is the garbages being emptied more often. Many times they’re overflowing. Besides that I can’t beat the price and the card has additional benefits. Love B.J.’s!”

“Had a gift card for KwikFill that I inherited and didn’t know whether it still had anything on it - I tried to use it inside for gas, but the card reader didn’t recognize it, so I assumed it was trash. The employee working inside actually called to check whether it still had anything on it—it did—and he was going to come outside to tell me and give it back to me before I left. Absolutely above and beyond customer service that was very much appreciated. Thank you to the person working here right now, I hope you get some recognition for this because you deserve it.”

“I have been going to this Sunoco for 6 years now and they are phenomenal! I have cheated on them and gone to a few other places like Firestone or Pepboys but Sunoco’s customer service and work cannot be compared. Mark always looks for the absolute best deal for me and tries his very best to stay under my budget. He explains to me what is going on and has always made me feel like I was in control of what was going on. I have an old car and when I lived nearby they sent people out to my house twice to get my car started. I have never felt like they were taking advantage of me or overcharging me and they have even used parts I have brought in myself. The atmosphere here is personable and they are all truly a pleasure to work with. I should also mention I have come in last minute plenty of times to have something checked out briefly and walked away without a charge.
They truly are the best and I dread finding a new mechanic when I move away.

“We have been taking our cars to Craig Barrese for years. My recent experience is just one example of why. We had a sudden failure of the starter on our SUV just a day before we were to load it up and head out on a multi-week vacation. Craig diagnosed it over the phone and despite being booked out for several weeks said he would try to take a look at it if we could get it towed in. I called AAA and waited for a call back from the garage. When closing time came I called to get a status report. I was told that not only had they made time to look at it but we’re working overtime to finish up replacing the starter. I rushed over to pick up the car so they could go home. As I picked it up I was told that because they had no open bays in the garage, they had to work on it in the parking lot (despite some rain showers that afternoon.) Now that is what I call service above and beyond!”

“I had an electric issue with my Toyota Sienna and AAA recommended this repair shop. I took a chance and knowing the repair will be complicated and I need to go out of town in few days - I asked the mechanic to repair the vehicle by end of Thursday night. The mechanic stayed until 9pm that day and repaired my vehicle. It shows incredible dedication to customer service, which I really appreciated.I will recommend this gas station/repair shop to anyone looking for committed, knowledgeable mechanics.Thank you”
“The new manager is great, and this place looks much better than last year. Pricing is very competitive compared to other top-tier gas stations, and the new pumps work great! It's definitely the best location in the area to stop by! The price for the bean-to-cup coffee is the cheapest in the entire state!”

“Out of many gas stations the pumps shut off so I have to hold it and not pull the lever up all the way. I stopped at Kwik Fill and I was surprised it never shut off until it was full. I have CRPS so standing can be an issue and also, they have great prices compared to other gas stations. So now I mostly go to Kwik Fill ?”

“My car overheating on 590 thur way and I had to get to the closest gas station because I had my child with me so I pulled in there the guy in the store help and called his boss and his boss trying to help and told me it's not safe to drive so they say I can stay there until my ride came to pick me up and gave me a drink for free for my child.
