“Very clean, quaint and cute supermarket with mostly Italian finds.
This supermarket is located in an awesome plaza with lots of different shops. From wine to food, desserts to bath bombs, there's lots to do and it's a one stop shop.
The supermarket layout is pretty basic and straightforward with enough variety but not too much to overwhelm you. This was my first time in Balducci's and it reminded me (in the best way possible) of a hybrid between DeCicco's and The Fresh Market - but of course, smaller.
The owner of the supermarket brand is Albertsons (what a throwback lol!). Expect to buy quality foods, international finds, gourmet ingredients and they even offer catering.
Their baked goods like cupcakes and cakes are all imported from other locations but I will say they're delish and great quality.”
“I love Trader Joe's in general, and this is a great location. Great selection of items (especially the frozen foods and prepared foods), fair prices, and the employees are always helpful. Usually there aren't super long lines. Parking is fine, there is usually a space in the parking lot even if I have to circle once. Definitely recommend”
“They have a lot of Japanese goods that are hard to come by. The store is a little too crowded for shopping carts. Matcha tea powder is expensive. Puffs are good.”
“Today I came into the store, it was perfectly stocked with everything I needed. I wanted to give a shutout to one of the women running the cash register today. Makkedah was amazing, she was very friendly and we had a wonderful conversation. She realized I had a long day and offered to bag up my groceries even after I offered to do so to help her out, which I appreciated a great deal. She noticed one of my apples was of the wrong type that I wanted and helped me find the proper apples. The staff always are wonderful at this store but I wanted to write today because she truly made my day better and deserves recognition. Thank you Makkedah and thank you to the whole staff for everything that you do, it does not go unnoticed!”
“Great, clean store. The employees are wonderful and knowledgeable. Some very good deals. Some things, of course are more expensive (but usually worth the price for quality).”
“We stopped in Stamford, CT for sushi and found a nice place. There's a cafeteria inside. We ordered macha latte, some pastries, took a break, and then ordered sushi to go. The store also sells Japanese-inspired tableware and various gifts.”
“10/10 highly recommend!! Daniel was such a blessing for me last night!!! Talk about theee best customer service on one of the busiest weekends! He went above and beyond and I am always met with that customer service at all TJs. They are the best! They get it! I love it here! Thank you Daniel & team!”
“Absolutely love this store! The unique selection of products and the friendly staff make every visit a delightful experience. From tasty snacks to fresh produce, there’s always something new to discover!”
“Deli is absolutely great ..the guys there are so good and so friendly i only go there to buy my Gauda cheese not only its delicious but so much cheaper then shoprite!! Definitely recommend it”
“Haven't been there in 26 years but just received a boat load of goodies here in Florida after the hurricane madness. Everything was amazing and want to say thank you to the owners!”
“They have tons of delicious polish and german treats and super friendly owners. We tried many types of kielbasa and they were all delicious. In addition to tasty pates, salami, hams. We also bought the homemade apple strudel and plum cookies which were amazing and not too sweet. Can’t wait to go back and try the freshly made cabbage rolls (they has sold out by the time we arrived).”

“Shoprite in Elmsford is a very nice store. It's very clean, the shelves are stocked well and the staff is friendly. The produce is fresh and there is a big variety. There's plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible. If you haven't already shopped here I suggest you do try it.”

“Best grocery store, super helpful employees, even at its busiest I’ve never waited more than a minute to check out. Best produce around. Great deli counter, awesome sandwiches. Worth the hype”
“I love this supermarket. You can get in and out of the store in a flash, it is clean, very well stocked especially for a small store and the staff is great. My only complaint is that the produce can be underwhelming. I see so many of the reviews compare Country Market to Stop and Shop down the road. While you might be able to get food cheaper at Stop and Shop, Stop and Shop is often understocked, the staff is discourteous and getting in and out of the lot is bad.”
“Best food in all White Plains! The staff from the owner to the food preparation crew are AMAZING, everything is super clean, fresh, and delicious.Wide selection of meals for events, everyone will love it.The fruit jelly dessert is out of this world!!!!”
“Best market in Mamaroneck, this store has quickly become our favorite place for food shopping in Mamaroneck. Lots of high-quality food and imported items. The bakery in the back makes sourdough on a daily basis.”
“Graziella's is amazing!!! Such a nice vibe from the staff and the whole place. They have such a great selection too!!!! The semolina bread is so yummy and the coffee bar is such a nice touch!”
“The market offers discount fresh seafood and high quality beef. The market has free parking space and staff are friendly. They also offer free ice for food preservation. The deli has good varieties and is high quality. Glad to become their frequent customer.”
“This store is a hidden gem! Tons of Brazilian specialty foods are offered in this conveniently located store. Parking is available on the street or at the Port Chester train station (free on weekends). Great meats, frozen foods and snack food selection!”
“This place has better deli sandwiches than the Italian deli across the street - they’re made faster, less expensive, and include far more meat. They use boars head and fresh bread. I live around the corner and have always walked in with my sandwich made even calling only 5 minutes ahead. The breakfast sandwiches are passable but nothing to write home about. Honestly, a hidden gem.”
“I couldn't live without John's ravioli and other pasta dishes. John's really is the absolute best - goodness knows I've eaten pasta from many purveyors and even in Italy - but it's John's, always John's, and I hope that The Italian Store in Arlington will continue to carry the brand.”

“Wonderful place to shop for your groceries, workers are always helpful when I can’t find an item. Went to the store today to get a few items and the cashier just charge for a bag without asking. I tried to correct her but you can see she’s disrespectful child. I’m leaving all reinforcement about customer service to the managers.”
“A completely vegan restaurant specializing in using mushrooms and cauliflower to create tasty dishes. Although almost everything is deep? fried, the food is very tasty and creative. I had the OG Shroom, which I enjoyed very much, the sweet potato fries, and the chocolate chip cookie, both of which are good. I will try the Toonah Club next time, which is not fried. The OG Shroom sandwich is unique and the fried shrooms can also be ordered as a side dish. Give this place a try; it's a bright spot in a vegan restaurant wilderness Updated from previous review on 2026-01-16”
“You can find so many wonderful vegan products that are hard to find elsewhere. I bought things like jerky, Amy’s cheese pizza bites, “wings”, ice creams, Abe’s muffins… They also have healthy stuff if that’s your vibe. The pizza bagel I got was amazing heated up in the air fryer, they have multiple vegan fresh options! The cashiers are also wonderful and I like the rewards program they have. I found some items that were cheaper than I can find at other stores.”
“If you want the freshest and most reasonable fruits and veggies, look no further. Their prices are so affordable!!! Here's everything I picked up today: 2 extra large cucumbers, a 2 lb bag of yellow onions & red onions, a pint of cherry tomatoes, fresh peeled garlic (a small container), 3 extra large heads of lettuce, 5 plums & 2 containers of very large strawberries & a package of soup greens which includes all that is needed for chicken soup which I'll be making this week (radishes, parsley, carrots, parsnips etc) guess my total... $20.01. 20 bucks and I'm set for the whole week.. if I bought all of that at stop and shop or shoprite, I would have gotten less for more money. The quality of their products are amazing too and the staff is super friendly. The store itself can get a bit crowded & parking is not the best but I don't mind since the prices are so great. They have another location which is much larger and has a lot more to offer but if you're looking for just produce and some meat, this spot is perfect!”
“Overall, this is a great grocery, although a bit pricey compared to some of the other organic markets. Definitely worth doing your homework there. My only complaint is that they don't make their own salads anymore and often don't have them available in their case.
****Came back to add that if they have the ingredients (arugula, fresh spinach etc.... they will custom make a salad for you.) Changed my review to 5 star from 4.”
“This grocery store has everything I need, and I love how fresh the produce is. They always have great deals on snacks too! It's a bit crowded at times, but I can't complain when I find everything on my list.”
“Shopping at Main Wines & Liquors is always a great experience! First off, the prices can't be beat. I've priced some of the items I buy regularly and they are always more expensive at other local stores. The option to have your items delivered is another huge bonus. But the best part of this long-standing family business is the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Bargo and Abraham are incredibly knowledgable of all of their products and they will go above and beyond to meet your needs. They have even ordered more obscure liquors for me and they regularly host tastings. I love stopping by not just to buy some booze but to say hello and chat with them a bit. It's the warm neighborhood experience we all need more of. Highly, highly recommend.”
“Although I have always found that the store needs to be a little careful with their expiration dates it’s still a gem! And to me the best part of the entire store is Steve the cashier - the absolutely nicest, most pleasant man ever!”
“Didn't use digital, Don't know to access them! It's not fair to the elderly that they have pay more because they don't know to use computers . Seniors are on a fix income and can use the savings!”
