“This ups location has the new self service machine. Which is amazing because you can just scan your labels and don’t have to wait in line and just drop off your packages in the box’. You can also email or text the receipt vs the paper option. Which is one good for the environment but you like paper you can still do it. The people there are super friendly and helpful. Like that they have that machine.”

Recently they went above and beyond, helping me w both printing of a label I didn’t realize I needed to print ahead of time, as well as squishing an item that had been sent compressed…. back into its original box which had become too small once the item was removed. They taped it up for me which took quite some doing. Thank You so much for helping me out instead of making me get a new box. They just helped me instead of standing on ceremony.”

“What an awesome place! My flights have gotten cancelled for 2 days trying to get out of White Plains, NY in computer glitch that shut airports down! I came into this business and explained situation and that I was not able to fly home, but instead to next work week. I needed a bunch of reports printed. They have an email that you send your stuff to and it emails you back a code. You put code in printer and it prints everything off for you! They walked me through all of it and were so helpful when I was in a bit of a panic! It’s so simple! Thanks for everything you did!”

Perhaps too good, difficult to think they could have made much money with the amount of time it must have taken to bag and wrap with bubble wrap each volume. They also shipped two boxes so the books wouldn't smash my wall hanger. A+ job”
“I was the first person to arrive at this location as the doors opened today & was greeted by a very nice young man named Mike. Within seconds of being there, 3 more people arrived needing assistance. I needed a label printed for a return, but due to an error on my part, it was taking a bit longer to get done. Mike asked if he could assist someone else while I was fixing my error & of course I said yes. Not only was he incredibly kind, knowledgeable & patient with me, but was also that way with everyone else. And he even made us laugh with his wonderful sense of humor.
