I was in search of a new sneaker for weight training, and I was fortunate enough to receive exceptional service from Bob, one of the store's employees.Bob went above and beyond to not only assist me but also educate me on the type of sneaker that would best suit my needs. He took the time to understand my requirements and preferences, and he even suggested that the store's current selection might not be the right fit for me. However, he patiently walked me through various criteria, and together we found the perfect shoe that met all my requirements.I must say that I have never received such outstanding service when it comes to purchasing sneakers. “ASK FOR SUZANNE! My daughter and I were shopping across the road at DSW. I mentioned to her a few times that a New Balance store was across the road and we should take a look. Of course, the teenager declined. Of course, after not being satisfied with the selection she opted for the run across the road. I'M SO GLAD WE DID. We enetered the store was looked at and not acknowledged by a male sales representative, who really doesn't matter. I felt after a quick browse of the store we were not going to receive customer service worthy of our time and money. Boys and girls I was incredibly wrong. Out from the back, I assume she was, as she was not on the sales floor upon our arrival, appears the GREAT SUZANNE. Her greeting, her patience, her time, her knowledge, her energy is all I'd like to share. She measured my daughters feet and was on the move. She wasted no time in asking the right questions and providing several selections based upon the answers given. My daughter was able to have her "footing" corrected with the assistance of Suzanne. My daughter made her choice. I had no intention of making any purchases, however, the service and knowledge that Suzanne provided for my daughter, I decided I wanted a pair of shoes also. Suzanne measured, asked questions and was on the move to provide that wonderful experience again. Amidst our light banter and trying on my selections Suzanne learned something about my daughter and was so happy for her. She went above and beyond her customer service for New Balance and she made a phone call and was able to provide my daughter with some valuable information. I found the shoe I wanted, but, the store did not have my size, sadly. I WILL BE BACK BECAUSE OF SUZANNE! Did I forget to mention the sneakers that my daughter chose are everything and more where comfort is desired...Suzanne you are remarkable at what you do and who you are...DON'T CHANGE. “My son and I visited the Scarsdale DXL Big +Tall. First, I loved the store. It had a great layout and excellent selection of suits, jackets and pants, with various sizes. The assistant manager Emily was great and made wonderful tie suggestions . The sales associate Chris was excellent! He knew the products and how they cut and gave excellent suggestions. It was so easy finding exactly what my son needed. My son plans to shop there regularly from now on. Highly recommend!”

“I never took the time to go into this store all these years but I have been looking for a specific chestnut short Uggs in my size and they have been sold out everywhere. I happened to be passing by and noticed them in the window the other day but the store was closed. Came in here today and they had my size. I was so happy. This store has a wide variety of Uggs, everything was so cute. And the staff is super happy, you can tell they love their jobs. I will definitely come back to this store for another pair of Uggs for myself and a gift for one of my best friends. She can only wear wide shoes and I noticed they have a lot of shoes that come in wide which is sometimes difficult to find. So I am super excited about this store.”

“I went in and the store was busy, no one bothered to greet us. So we walked and took a look at some shoes and was finally helped by a nice man (I forgot his name) who did a foot test on us and was SO knowledgeable and so caring. He was definitely patient as I went into the store undecided of which pair of shoes I wanted. He had recommended Hoka's and shoe inserts, which both work GREAT. Will definitely return, thank you!”

“I had such a wonderful experience here. Had a situation where my wedding tux from another store was canceled and I was scrambling to find a tux. I was fortunate enough to find Terrell W at this store. HE WAS A GODSEND!!! He checked my size, asked all the right questions about the type of look I was going for, made professional suggestions, and handled everything like a PRO! If you go to the store ask for him specifically, you will instantly see why. Once the tux came in I took it to Terrell and he even made suggestions about how to get it tailored so I can save money. Long story short I was a happy groom and my wife was an even happier bride seeing my Tux!I'll also add that the Tux got to me faster than any of the other stores suggested times that I shopped around with and it came in clean and crisp packaging. Excellent products, excellent service and even better people working there. 100000% recommend to anyone!”

“i am no skateboarder and to be honest there should be a federal law that states anyone over 21 years or older can not be one but if you want the sneakers, clothing , accessories for it , well they carry it all at vans at the westchester mall in white plains. really came here to pick up a birthday gift for my cuzs son who is boarder and its simple to choose what to get when the kid working the floor is very knowledgeable about what kids are wearing in style now .pair of sneakers , long funny shorts and a shirt with funny designs cost me 130 bucks but thats cool with me cause its not me wearing any of it .roll along boarders and visit vans .”
