The cashier team had a slight issue with check out but offered me free delivery service with a brand new set of booties and an additional 30% off as a one time courtesy for the inconvenience.”

I usually shop online, but the last time I ordered online it took a while to arrive, additionally I am between sizes, so I asked a friend to go shopping with me. We had a blast! “I stopped in yesterday in a bind for a pair of dress shoes for my toddler. Although they did not have his size in stock, they made every effort to ensure that I would receive the shoes before the weekend. They are extremely helpful, patient, and accommodating. They even asked if I would like a shoe buff on my own shoes. Truly enjoyed my experience and I will definitely be returning. Thank you.”

“This location has a crazy amount of variety ranging from clothes, shoes, accessories, you name it. I always end up finding something great for super cheap prices and the discounts are amazing. Definitely one of the best places around if you love a good deal.
The only downside is that the cashiers can be pretty slow, so it usually takes a while to get through the line. Other than that, it’s totally worth the trip!”

She was so jolly, upbeat, and genuinely helpful the entire time. She went out of her way to help me find sizes, make recommendations, and just made the whole visit feel pleasant and stress-free.

“I Came into Footlocker at the Westchester Mall on 3/17/2026 looking for two pairs of shoes for my daughter. I was Immediately welcomed and approached by Stephanie, She firstly let me know beforehand that the systems were down throughout the whole mall and wouldn’t be able to take card for today. Which I greatly appreciated her for letting me know even still she offered to help me out and show me which shoes that they had available in my daughter sizes. Even with her phone scanner not loading she went to the back and quickly found the sizes I needed. Which i would be coming back this week to buy! I just wanted to highlight Stephanie’s amazing costumer service despise the systems being down she still offered me great service and made my experience feel welcoming. Great Team, I would definitely be revisiting the Westchester mall Footlocker again!”
“Love my fit flops walked 14 miles and more in my sandals. I'm not a sneaker person. My sister is a walker jogger and we where meeting up with one of her walking groups for their 9/11 walk throu Brooklyn Heights NY to Ground Zero. Before we met up with group we had dinner and my sister (which I felt before we left for this walk she was thinking really are you wearing those sandals) she said I hope one says anything about your shoes I said to her is this going to be a problem she said know. I walked 4 miles in my sandals and at the end of this walk who was complaining about their feet hurt not me”
