“I can't recommend Threads and Treads enough. I started running again in my late 30s and had tried ordering shoes online. After a few fails, I went in person and the staff were so helpful. They looked at my feet and the arches, the width, my stance, how I walk... and helped direct me to a shoe that would support all these areas. Highly recommend supporting this business so we can keep stores alive that really provide expertise and guidance we will never get through big box stores. One note: keep the box! you can't return unless you have the box :)”

While the technical side of the fitting was flawless, the experiential side is what really did it for me. The friendliness, the communication style, and the overall environment made the process as enjoyable as the results.
As someone who loves researching/understanding the technical stuff, this was the first time I felt 100% comfortable trusting a fitter to simplify the process for me. I didn't have to worry about anything other than hitting what was handed to me. Their services are unbiased, impartial, and worth every penny. “I recently visited and loved my purchase! Michael, an amazing associate, helped me out—he was incredibly attentive and made the shopping experience so enjoyable. I ended up getting a black Lululemon set and some shoes thanks to his great recommendations.
However, I had a somewhat awkward experience at checkout. While Michael was communicating with the cashiers about my items, the man at the register (dark hair, kind of looked like Jason Baldoni—LMAO) made an unkind comment, saying something like, “I don’t know why Michael does those weird hand gestures like that.” It felt unnecessary and dismissive.
I want to reiterate that Michael was amazing! His kindness and professionalism stood out. But that comment from the cashier really bothered me. Mocking someone’s mannerisms is unacceptable. Because of that, I can only give 4 stars. I believe everyone deserves respect, plus seeing team work and kindness towards coworkers make the shopping experience better.”
