I came in for the first time with a stray cat, that had been outside on her own with no help in sight. I made her an appointment first thing in the morning, took her in, got all of her shots and bloodwork, and made a spaying appointment. From start to finish the ladies in this office couldn't have been better! I have the utmost confidence that my new little one will receive the best care possible. “Dr. Cassandra Ring is the best veterinarian my Willow had, yes had, because he passed away on 5/6/2026 at the office. She and my family were by his side, but she cried as if Willow was her baby. Our Willow, Pitbull mix was 16.5 years old. The office personnel were also in tears, as they said goodbye to Willow with us. Finding such empathy is unique, this office has it, our hearts are devastated by the transition of our beloved Willow, at least he knew such beautiful love. They handled everything for us❤️”

Our pup is usually very nervous at the vet and takes a long time to warm up to new people, but Ashley had biscuits and was incredibly patient, gentle, and compassionate from the moment we walked in. She took the time to make our dog feel safe and comfortable, and by the end of the visit our dog absolutely loved her. The doctor was also amazing — thorough, kind, and very understanding of our dog’s anxiety. Together they made what is usually a stressful visit into such a positive experience. You can truly tell they care about both the pets and their owners. “I would like to say thank you to the Manor Veterinary Clinic. We saw a pigeon get hit by a car and get a broken wing. I called my veterinarian in Eastchester, but they would not take the pigeon. I was passing Manor Veterinary Clinic, so I stopped in to ask if they would take care of the pigeon. They immediately said yes! They got a box and comfortable bedding for the pigeon. They told me if the pigeon could be saved, they would do their best! I followed up with a phone call and they were glad to speak with me! They informed me that they stitched the pigeon up and are making arrangements to have the pigeon go to a bird sanctuary and continue to heal! I just wanted to share my experience with this clinic. The women at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful and the veterinary team did not think twice to help this pigeon!”

They were extremely patient with both me and my dog Sam. Dr. Kremmerman, Malik, Diana and the front desk staff (I’m so sorry I forgot your names!!!) were absolutely wonderful and made this process so much less stressful. “I recently moved to the Garvies Point area with my 13-year-old, 100-pound Chocolate Lab, Brewski. Instead of taking him back to his longtime veterinarian in Oyster Bay, I decided to visit Brookville Animal Hospital and explained my situation that he was an older dog. He helped me right away. The staff was incredibly gracious and accommodating. Dr. Mark Plunkett evaluated Brewski and provided exceptional care. Some time later, when Brewski’s health began to decline, Dr. Jeff Krasnoff kindly offered to come to our apartment to check on him. Sadly, the morning before Dr. Krasnoff’s visit, Brewski had to be rushed to an emergency hospital, where we had to make that difficult decision that no animal lover should have to go through. Throughout it all, Dr. Krasnoff reached out to me during that difficult time and showed remarkable compassion and professionalism. They sent a beautiful handwritten condolence letter afterwards which was first class. I would wholeheartedly recommend Brookville Animal Hospital to any animal lover seeking truly caring and dedicated veterinarians and staff.”

“We can’t thank enough to the wonderful team of Dr. Paul Schwartzreich. My cat, Hydrox, got seriously infected after a fight with another animal in April. She was brought to Dr. Schwartzreich with bad skin abscess which was then treated properly with great attention. Denise, who performed after-surgery care and bandage changing was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make sure the wounds were healing in a good manner. The appreciation also goes to other nice people in this clinic, including but not limited to Maria and Amanda in the front desk, and Juan and other staff who worked behind the scenes. Hydrox is still in the process of slow recovering but we are confident for a faster recovery with Dr. Schwartzreich and his team by our side.”

“I followed Dr. Gina Antiaris when she took over the practice and I have never looked back. I believe there are 3 doctors there and I trust my cats to no one else. They completely understand and are empathetic to the nutiness some of us clients can inflict on them because they understand that for some, their pets are their life. They are compassionate and its very rare for any Healthcare oriented establishment but I never felt pressured to get tests done or spend a crazy amount of money. When Dr. Gina tells me we need to do something we know its necessary and not just another way to get money out of us. I am so lucky I have them to keep my cats up and running and honestly the whole staff deserves a standing ovation because they truly care about what they do.”

He was very thorough in her annual exam and explained the process in detail. Much more information than your standard human annual physical! Finding a good vet practice is difficult and I highly recommend Dr. Callahan and the High Ridge practice for other pet owners.”

It upsets me to see bad reviews from owners who lack accountability. If you choose not to do the basic preventative measures like spay/neuter your pet then do not blame others when something happens. Had you did what you needed and should have done you wouldn’t be in the situation that you are. Please people do better for your pets if they are truly apart of your family.”

“11/06/2025 1:30pm - 5Pm today I spent the the afternoon at the Valhalla Animal Hospital. I have been coming here for over 25 years with different cats. No matter what the services are required, whether rescuing a cat or bringing in a group of kittens, or spaying or neutering, or just routine care, I have never had any issues at this location. A few doctors have come and gone, but the service has always been top notch here — today I had the opportunity to spend the day with Ron, the veterinarian assistant and Dr Steven Yang. He has been nicknamed the cat whisperer. Today I had to bring in my Bella Cat, who is 14 years old and she has some arthritis and some dietary issues and a few bad teeth. The Valhalla animal Hospital crew was attentive, caring, patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for everyday vaccinations, care that needs a little more investigative work and managing long-term care. The facility is very clean, and the parking is spacious and accessible for handicapped individuals.”

I just recently lost my furbaby cat 15 1/2 years old,the sweetest cat ever. After having on him on medications for a year it was time to.let him go and Dr.Chiam was the greatest.So understanding and patient as one daughter was presently with me and my other daughter on video crying our eyes out as he talked us thru the process in putting our baby to sleep so he can finally be pain-free and in peace.Thank you Stamen doctors and staff for everything and his sympathy card!
