“Today I went to PC richards in patchogue to look at mattresses. With no intention of buying. “I am truly grateful for the help Nick gave me. I called in at 4:55 closing time is 5 o’clock. Nick was empathetic towards my situation, I had no heat.
He gathered the parts that I needed to correct my problem . He left them outside the store so I could pick them up and not go through the night without any heat. He also offered me his personal cell phone and encouraged me to call him , and he would walk me through the repair.
