The Home Depot in Saratoga Springs provides tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, and building materials. The stock is pretty good with lots of new items, though they need to get it unpacked and on the shelves. The customer service experience varies. Some employees are great, kind, and helpful, going above and beyond with knowledge and a smile. However, service can be average, and the store can be swamped with customers. At times, they definitely need to hire new workers. The parking lot is always horrible and the whole plaza needs restructuring, making driving there horrendous. Some customers recommend going to another location instead, finding it much better and more fun.
