“We've been getting our Christmas tree here for almost 20 years now. You simply won't find a nicer group of people that help get the holidays started with spirit! They're great all year round, but going to see Wayne for Christmas is something we all look forward to!”

In fact, there's so many different kinds that I needed expert advice on which ones to get for the landscape in my yard. The employee who helped was so patient and knowledgeable and recommended a few plants. I highly recommend visiting this hewitts location.”

“I spoke with Rachel to order flowers for my very special Aunt's birthday. Rachel was so helpful. She was patient and did a wonderful job with the order. The flowers arrived earlier then I expected. Prompt service. The delivery person to extra care to be sure they stayed warm in the cold outdoors. The photo does not do them justice. They are so pretty in person. “Home Depot is like a very large hardware store in my area for those who may not know what this place, it is filled with pretty much anything & everything that you could possibly think of. The only thing it isn't filled with is employee's which is the reason why it lost the star. I was able to find everything I needed, but it was because I had to search up and down each aisle looking through every little nook and cranny trying to find exactly what it was that I was looking for because I did not know this store. They do not have a designated person in one single spot they have people walking around all over the place and they always seem like they're too busy to help you. The store when I went in there did seem well kept, at least for a big Warehouse type of building and there was somebody going through while we were there washing the floors with a for washer which to me was kind of odd in the middle of the day which is a nice slip hazard, but if that's the way the company does their business then, to each their own. I would only ask that they would put more people into their departments, so that they would be able to get more help when people need them. I understand that this is a trying time but, even before covid-19 this was something that they struggled with. Overall though, it is a decent place to get what you need for your workplace, construction job, or home repairs at decent fair prices. So if you feel like there is something on your list that needs to get done this would be an excellent place start looking. Thank you so much for listening.”

When I walked into the store and passed him he has a huge smile on his face, little did i know I would need his assistance buying a bathroom vanity that was out of stock in Clifton Park. He helped me pick it out and was the most kind and knowledgeable gentleman. Thank you Al! More should be like you!”
