Bring in the kings of nutrition — buckwheat (aka kasha, the secret weapon of many European athletes), millet, quinoa, and amaranth. I’m impressed by their dedication to local, fresh food and drinks. I always feel good after I’ve had something to eat here. Family run businesses like this really impress me. The ambiance is great!
