“Went here today to get shoes for my 18 month old. We have previously gone to the Sayville location, which is the same ownership. We do like that store, but this one was even better in our option. The owner of this location was very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew just from looking at my son that the first pair he tried on was not the right fit. Very impressive how he could tell just from watching him walk. I very much enjoyed our experience here and talking to the owner about the Mets while my son tried on shoes was a nice little bonus for me. We will definitely be coming back every time my son needs new shoes.”

“Boutique shoe store that seems to specialize in very comfortable shoes. Top name brands, and the most comfortable models in those brands. Selection is quite limited, but it's understandable for such a small store. But the selection is still quite impressive, and I'm sure you're going to find at least one pair of shoes that you like. During our first visit we bought four pairs of shoes. Not bad, considering that we only intended to browse the selection. We were so impressed with the high quality service from staff members Tracy and Sophia, that we came back two more times, each time bringing my 83-year-old mother who was just as impressed with the wonderful and attentive service that we received from the staff. So, between the three of us, we wound up buying 11 pairs of shoes in just three visits. Wow! I can't believe it myself considering what a cheapskate I am. LOL ?. We are definitely going to shop here again when we need new shoes ?.”

“One of the few places my guy can get sneakers in the wide widths he needs. And with the coupons and points from the free loyalty program, he got a second pair for practically FREE! I'm going to get my work sneakers here from now on so that we can rack up even more points (especially since the Bob's Store near me no longer accepts its own coupons due to the fact it has had a"store closing" sign posted...for two years).”
“I had a great experience at this location today with Candace the manager. I was on lunch break looking to quickly return damaged Nike slides that I got from the outlets so that I could buy better ones online somewhere. The outlet location also rang up the wrong box of shoes.
Candace quickly retrieved new slides in their correct box and I was able to do an even exchange all under 8 minutes. I did not expect to leave with anything and I did. She saved me so much time and energy! She also informed me that she would reach out to the other store to make them aware so it doesn't happen to someone else.

Despite it being a busy day, I didn't feel rushed or ignored. The staff ensured I got the right size and even offered insights into how to best care for the sneakers to keep them looking fresh.Checkout was a breeze, and the overall atmosphere in the store was very positive. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority at this Foot Locker location. “Roger found me my favorite pair of shoes that has (unfortunately) been discontinued by the company. I have been wearing this particular style for years in numerous colors and they have been daily shoes in all aspects of my life. I have been hoping to track down a couple of pairs and a made a stop last week. Roger took the time out of his day to help me and managed to track down one of the last remaining pairs (in the color I wanted!)
