The employee was very helpful and thorough. She watched me walk, measured my foot (something most places don't do anymore), and found me the right kind of shoe for my needs. I couldn't have been happier with the service!”

“Boutique shoe store that seems to specialize in very comfortable shoes. Top name brands, and the most comfortable models in those brands. Selection is quite limited, but it's understandable for such a small store. But the selection is still quite impressive, and I'm sure you're going to find at least one pair of shoes that you like. During our first visit we bought four pairs of shoes. Not bad, considering that we only intended to browse the selection. We were so impressed with the high quality service from staff members Tracy and Sophia, that we came back two more times, each time bringing my 83-year-old mother who was just as impressed with the wonderful and attentive service that we received from the staff. So, between the three of us, we wound up buying 11 pairs of shoes in just three visits. Wow! I can't believe it myself considering what a cheapskate I am. LOL ?. We are definitely going to shop here again when we need new shoes ?.”

“My 83 year old father has been having problems with his shoes since his feet are getting wider. We decided to try this shop and we were overwhelmed. The owner was fantastic. He listened to what we were looking for, he measured my fathers feet while allowing my dad to sit, and he brought out a few options. The owner helped my Dad get into each pair of shoes and listened to each review. He then pulled a few more shoes. All of the options were good quality shoes. My father is very picky and the owner was very patient. We finally found the right shoes but one was a little tight in the top. They have the ability to stretch and make shoes slightly tighter. In the end the shoes were so perfect that my Dad wanted to wear them home. He wore them for the rest of the day and never complained. I was a little worried about the price with all this service, but the shoes were very reasonably priced. We will definitely go back the next time my Dad needs shoes and I would recommend this place to others. This was a great find.”

“One of the few places my guy can get sneakers in the wide widths he needs. And with the coupons and points from the free loyalty program, he got a second pair for practically FREE! I'm going to get my work sneakers here from now on so that we can rack up even more points (especially since the Bob's Store near me no longer accepts its own coupons due to the fact it has had a"store closing" sign posted...for two years).”

“Huge selection of shoes for all ages and genders. Nice, clean store that usually has sales running as well. If you sign-up you can accrue points and use those for other coupons and cash rewards as well. Sometimes busy, but staff is helpful and line moves fast. Parking lot is a bit of a mess, but the store is still great and the parking is free.”
“Although my child cried the whole time because she hated to put something on her feet, The gentleman helping us was very knowledgeable about first shoes and gave my little girl a balloon to distract her. It was a bit pricey considering I will be sizing up in 3 months but I'm glad we got supportive shoes that fit her properly.”

“I never had children but needed to buy gifts. I was offered help a few times and declined but got frustrated bc I couldn't find 'anything'. There were three people in the store, and while all were helpful, one in particular, I'm sorry I don't know her name was so positive and pleasant. She helped me find two outfits for each of the 5 kids from 2 to 10 I was looking to buy for. She heard me when I described their body type and mixed and matched the perfect outfits! Without her help, I would have left without getting anything. Thank you!”

Recently I had just made a purchase and as it was - I had purchased the wrong size shoes, and had lost my receipt. I later called and had asked if I can exchange the shoe size and mentioned that I had lost my receipt. They were nice enough to let me go and I was able to get the right size.”
