Interestingly the two stores are not connected internally as they sometimes are at some locations when they are side by side. There is also a Marshalls on the other side of the lot making this the ultimate maxxinista shopping trifecta.”

I am writing to express my positive experience with your Saks Off Fifth manager, Daphna, sales representative, Brandon Solis, and Jewelry Specialist, Yun Yue, at store number 730 located at 750 White Plains Road, Scarsdale, NY 10583. I would also like to extend to each of them my sincerest thanks for their assistance and patience. Daphna, Brandon and Yun assisted me with my purchases at the store and were instrumental in my very positive experience with Saks Off Fifth Store number 730. Their attention to my requests, patience in answering my questions and level of detail when describing the products is a high level of service that is rarely experienced today. Over and above adding value through their attention to detail, they were both descriptive and informative about the stores products and had a discerning eye for style.

In closing, I note that It is unfortunate when hard-working employees do an excellent job and are overlooked.  I forward this communication in order to avoid that situation in Daphna‘s, Brandon’s and Yun’s cases. They projected a professional demeanor while also exhibiting a pleasant disposition—regrettably, qualities lacking in today’s post-pandemic workforce but, nonetheless, much-welcomed by consumers.
