I especially want to recognize Maria, who I believe is part of the management team, for going above and beyond to help me with a complicated return. She listened with patience, understanding, and empathy, and made what could have been a stressful experience easy to resolve. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out, and I am very grateful for her assistance.
I would also like to recognize Julian, one of the managers, who is always approachable, willing to help, and greets customers with a smile. His positive attitude and dedication to excellent customer service never go unnoticed.

“I was absolutely blown away by a usual engagement from a Kohls associate named Loida . I’ve shopped there for years and I’ve never had anyone who did more than pointed when asked a question. Loida not only walked me to and pointed out the appropriate size for my nine year old son but she gave me some space to browse and ask also circled back to ensure I was able to find everything that I needed. She also made me aware of the ability to order sizes that I don’t see at the store online . She also mentioned that if I order at the store location that delivery is even waived. I’m not sure if I’ll ever see her again but this is the resounding reason why brick and mortar retail is as necessary as air . Please put this recommendation into her permanent file as an employee because I am very impressed.Bravo:) Job well done

“Came to replace some Coach slides and did an exchange for some Mac makeup . First and foremost sale lady was amazing in helping me but she was by herself. There was about 10 people needing her help yet she killed it multitasking her responsibilities. Yet it bothered me that their were employees around not doing anything. I'm aware they have sections but it's just not fair for that one employee doing all the work. I think Mac section definitely needs another girl.”

“Wow! Whatta store!!! Just be prepared to do LOTSA walking and searching and standing on long lines, esp Sat & Sun.BUT you can find some BEAUTIFUL pieces at a decent discount. Everyone I spoke to had been there for 3-4hours! They have clean bathrooms and water fountains too!HINT: The 3rd floor has lotsa COUCHES where all the tired shoppers were resting!!! ?????”

“First place I go, every weekend, for clearance cosmetics, mens underwear and women's bras. Always show up at opening for less traffic. Therapeutic. Have to park outdoors now because of new truck. Too close to ceiling”
“I came in looking for pigs feet and boy did I find it!!! The best pigs feet I've seen in a long time. Served promptly and butcher was more than helpful. I will be going back to butcher for meat needs. Hispanic items avaliable throughout the store.”
