“Came to replace some Coach slides and did an exchange for some Mac makeup . First and foremost sale lady was amazing in helping me but she was by herself. There was about 10 people needing her help yet she killed it multitasking her responsibilities. Yet it bothered me that their were employees around not doing anything. I'm aware they have sections but it's just not fair for that one employee doing all the work. I think Mac section definitely needs another girl.”

“Very long lines at check-out. Only 2 or 3 cashiers working it. While 4 or 5 just sit behind the counter.Not sure if it's a seller's trick. But the more people stay on line, the more they buy extra stuffs from those shelves.”

“This store has alot of beautiful items to furnish your home and entertain. This particular Homesense was messy with lots of things in the aisles and some of the shelves weren't organized and looked ransacked. I was in the aisles looking for a ceramic cookie platter but left quickly because it was a bit too chaotic so I went to the Marshalls that's next door and has the same items. I'd go back, but not on a Saturday, maybe a day during the week when there'd be less people.”
