“As soon as you walk in, you are greeted warmly, and serviced. Whether its a return or just looking. They often have helpful staff. Its amazing that all transactions are done on a phone, but they are phenomenal at this site.”

“I was in earlier this week and (like everyone else) was taking advantage of the great 30% off sale. The store/fitting room was packed and even though Mary was attending the fitting room herself, she was so helpful and made my shopping experience a positive one and I ended up buying with more than I planned. She clearly knows the store, the inventory, and is always happy to lend a helping hand. Thanks Mary!”

“I had the most amazing experience at this location! The ladies who helped my daughter with her pointe shoe fitting were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. They took the time to explain the entire fitting process and made sure my daughter found the perfect pair. We were extremely pleased with the outstanding customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for professional, friendly, and personalized service!”
