“The staff was helpful overall, but I was initially told by one employee that my son couldn’t try on the shoes because they were a new release. I was advised that if they didn’t fit, we could simply return them. After discussing it with my son, we decided to leave. However, before leaving, I spoke with another employee because my son really wanted the sneakers. Once I explained the situation, she quickly resolved the issue by allowing him to try them on—he just had to wear a stocking over his socks.
I appreciate that the second employee was willing to help and find a solution, because there was no way i was spending without knowing if they would fit ,but the experience would have been much better if the policy had been communicated clearly from the start. At the end we purchased the sneakers and everyone is happy 😊”
