The food here is amazing, very authentic and very reasonably priced ..and then there is the grocery store as well where you can get all your own ingredients and try and make your own authentic food ..and never come close to what you can just buy

Surprise stop while traveling to Schenectady- we were looking for dinner and found this place! Not only did we enjoy some Sopes for dinner, but also picked up some pan dulce which was perfect for satisfying the craving. Their Jamaica is delicious and legit and a big serving size.

With few nearby options to satisfy their yearning for a taste of home, the pair opened up La Mexicana Restaurant alongside the La Mexicana Grocery that carries ingredients from South and Central America.
