“Walmart has listened to the people they have registers open now. It seems so nice to finally go in and grab your items and not have to wait or use the self checkout that hate me and end up doubling my time . I think people have noticed and appreciate having real people at the register.”

“I like the Waterloo (Seneca falls) Walmart. People in this area are generally a lot more pleasant than Auburn, however Auburn has a larger store. I am located slightly closer to Auburn but prefer to come here. Don't go by the negative reviews, go to the other Walmart stores in the area (Geneva has one too) and make up your own mind.”

“Hit or miss on the products they stock. Usually they have what I'm looking for. Went in today for a gardening item and when I asked a sales associate (looked like maybe the manager on duty) if it was in stock, she told me to check the gardening section and proceeded to yell across the store to another employee to check. Wow what great service, sorry to annoy you.Manager Erin on the other hand is AMAZING. I've had several interactions with her including a large return that went seemless thanks to her. She needs a raise and promotion, she actually cares about the store and customers unlike the lady that was there today.”
