“Never had a problem using any of the SFCU branches. I would agree with the lack of staff on the drive-up deposit lines, which used to be more of an issue for me, but I don't use those lines anymore. Otherwise, I've taken out several loans with SFCU and have been banking here since switching from Astoria Federal (remember them?) in the early 2010s. No complaints here.”

Mr. Adams had helped me, and even more, to make sure I have the right account. Mr. Adams is a blessing if I need any help I will go straight to him. Always make sure you make an appointment so you will be taken care of. You either can go near your branch, call, or make an online appointment it will be better that way.”
