“I had the privilege of working with Hadi at the T mobile located in Sams Club. He inquired about my family’s usage in order to get us a plan that works for us without overselling anything…in fact said we don’t need as much storage on the phones we chose. He then ensured we were eligible for all promotions. I’ve had questions since switching to T mobile (from Verizon) and he is always available in person or on the phone. When he doesn’t have access to an answer, he makes calls immediately to get the answers and solves any concerns. Aside from all the professional attributes, he’s friendly and truly goes above and beyond!”

“I am 73 y/o and did my first actual phone trade-in on 4/5/24. I went to this Verizon company store (rather than mailing it in) to talk to a real person to make sure that I did everything right. I was greeted by TTEC AMD (don't know his name) and explained my situation. He walked through all the steps (I actually hadn't missed anything), confirmed we were good, and even gave me a receipt when I asked. This took less than 10 minutes and he could not have been any nicer or more efficient.”

“EXCELLENT!!! Charlie, I believe is the gentleman's name who helped me. AMAZING!! he was so helpful/ Honest, and polite. A real human being. Excellent to work with. He made the whole process super easy. I would recommend going here to speak to him about anything. He helped me with my apple product, as well as a new apple purchase. Even if he is an "android guy" :) He is great. Great location and great personal service! I do have do say one minor bad thing that has NOTHING to do with Charlie and the people in the store or their service. When you try to call the store directly via their 821-5800 phone number, it automatically kicks you over to a call center somewhere else in the world. These people are no help. It is difficult to call the store directly. That's not Charlies fault or the people who work there!HIGHLY RECOMEND GOING THERE!!!!!”
