“It’s hard to believe that I’ve been a member for over 2 years.Every workout is tailored to my personal limitations. I work with a Chiropractor, usually Jeff and Taylor, who has in-depth knowledge and is personally wanting and encouraging me to exceed. My overall strength is strong and getting stronger and my balance is improving as well as cognitively I feel a difference. I love the overall atmosphere where you see some wonderful people I know and where I meet new faces.Another benefit is the superior acupuncture treatments that have directly helped specific issues. The Skan Team, Dan, Taylor, Jeff and Jim are exceptional trainers and wonderful people to know!”

“My daughter and i joined about 4 weeks ago. We decided it was finally time to shed those COVID lbs. ALOT of Covid lbs. LOL. We love the 30 minute work out! The staff is incredible! LOVE the massage chair after our work out. We are on out 17th visit today, down 16 lbs. between the 2 of us and we feel Great! Doing it together really helps! It's a way better way to spend time together, than binge watching the same TV series for the 10th time LOL OK we still binge watch while we do our bicycle warm up of 8 miles from the 5 we started out at. Moving up to 9 next week. BEST THING WE EVER DID!!”
“This gym could not be more perfect for me! The personal training by Tracey is always a challenge but in a great way. Lisa is always so upbeat in her classes and they are small, she always shows modifications if you need them AND you can do them by zoom if you don’t want to leave your house! Paul’s Tabata is a great workout that I enjoy as well. Overall a great place for my fitness journey.”
